Pool Party

The last thing we wanted to do as part of my birthday party was go to the swimming pool so my parents promised we would go Saturday morning. After breakfast we loaded up and went. We were the only ones at the pool so got to laugh and play as loud as we wanted.

Having Fun At GattiTown

My Mom and Dad let me invite some friends over the night of my birthday for a sleep over. They let me plan my own fun. I invited Daniel, Jamiel, and Austin. They are my best buds. We wanted to go to Gatti Town.

I am 7 years old!

I am 7 years old! My birthday is August 29. This is my cake. A cookie cake. My favorite. Mom and Dad teased me that they were making me a liver and onion cake -- yucky!

My cake had a guitar on it because I love playing guitar.

My Birthday At School

Mom and Dad came to eat with me at school for my birthday. Mom made special treats for all of my friends. They were cupcakes on sticks. They were yummy!!


My friend, Jessica, and I both had our birthday on August 29th! We sat together at lunch so Mom took our picture.

Giddy Up!

I had Cowboy Day at school. Our homework was to make a stick horse. I made mine out of a dowel rod that I painted brown, a pants leg that I stuffed and some yarn. We glued on some google eyes and buttons for a nose. Mom cut the pockets off the pants to be the ears. Mrs. Shane let me borrow a cowboy hat and a real rodeo buckle.

Mom made me "trail mix" for school on cowboy day. It was yummy.

Playing in the Rain

Can you see me? Daddy asked me to go get the mail... in the rain! That was so much fun. I ran up and down the driveway about six times to "double check" the mailbox. hee hee!

My 2nd Grade Teacher

I met my teacher tonight. She was nice. I wrote a report on Junie B. Jones and gave it to her. She liked it. My friend Daniel is in my class too. That is great.

My New Cousin

I have a new cousin. His name is Lucas Daniel. I got to hold him at the hospital tonight. He stuck his tongue out a lot. Moms says it is o.k. for babies to do that. Not for big kids.

Now Uncle Randy isn't just an uncle. He is a Dad.

If he has questions he can call my Daddy. He is the best one in the world.

Do You See Who I See?

Today rocked! Uncle Larry came to visit. He is my Dad's big brother. I think he is awesome. Aunt Debbie didn't get to come but she sent us cool Clemson baseball caps.

Uncle Larry and Aunt Debbie are going to Africa in a few weeks for a mission trip. Way cool.

Dumpster Doug

I got to visit Mr. Doug who is a friend of Nana and Papa. He is living in a dumpster for a week to promote National Night Out. He is soooo funny, but not as funny as Papa.
